We utilize a rolling admissions process and spaces are limited. We invite you to embark on a journey of discovery with us and explore everything that makes Covenant a top private school in Texas!
Parents are invited to tour our campus and meet with the principal to learn more about our Christ-centered education. During this meeting, families will receive a welcome folder containing key school information and a handbook specific to the student’s grade level. We encourage parents and students to thoroughly review the handbook to ensure they align with our Statement of Faith and school policies.
To begin the enrollment process, parents should:
✔️ Request a letter of recommendation from the student’s pastor to be sent to the school office.
✔️ Complete an Enrollment Application for each student.
✔️ Provide copies of the student’s birth certificate, latest report card, and a medical report from a physician.
✔️ Pay the non-refundable application fee (an invoice will be sent upon submission).
Once the application fee is paid, the school will schedule a student assessment to evaluate academic readiness. After the assessment, the principal will schedule an interview with both the student and parents to discuss placement and expectations.
Parents will receive official notification of acceptance. Upon acceptance, families must:
✔️ Pay the Registration Fee and Tuition as outlined in the Fees & Tuition Agreement.
✔️ Complete any remaining enrollment paperwork.
Upon acceptance, the Finance Office will provide enrollment instructions. You will have five business days to complete the enrollment packet, sign the Enrollment Contract, and pay the Enrollment Fee to secure your child’s spot. Additional requirements, such as health forms and immunization records, must be completed before the school year begins.

At Covenant Community Schools, our philosophy is rooted in a Christ-centered worldview that shapes our approach to education, character development, and lifelong learning. We believe that education is a partnership between the school, parents, and students, with the ultimate goal of glorifying God in all things.
A school’s worldview and philosophy of life are fundamental to its mission. As a Christian ministry, our worldview is firmly grounded in our Statement of Faith, which affirms God’s truth as revealed in Scripture. This includes biblical principles on:

The role of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit in our lives
The pursuit of truth and wisdom
Through this foundation, we aim to develop students who think critically, act justly, and live in obedience to God’s Word.
Covenant Community Schools exists to support parents in their God-given responsibility to train up their children in faith, wisdom, and knowledge. We are committed to helping students:
