ADMISSIONS POLICY

Covenant Community Schools admits students of any race, color, and national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to the students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, and national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletics, and other school-administered programs.

ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE

  1. Parents schedule a tour of the school and meet with the principal. At this meeting, the parents and student(s) will receive a welcome folder with information about the school and a handbook for the level of enrollment. Parents and student(s) must read the handbook for the student’s level thoroughly to determine whether they can comply with the school policies and the Statement of Faith.
  2. Parents or student request that student’s pastor send a letter of recommendation to the school office. Parents complete an Enrollment Application for each student they wish to enroll (below). Birth certificate, previous report card, and a medical report by a physician. The school will invoice a non-refundable application fee.
  3. When parents have paid the Application and Initial Testing fees, the school will schedule student assessments. After the student completes the assessments, the principal will schedule an interview with the parents and the student.
  4. Parents are notified of acceptance. The Registration Fee is due upon acceptance. Review the Fees and Tuition Agreement for details.
