Covenant Community Schools are independent Christian schools funded by tuition and charitable gifts. Contributions are tax-deductible; tuition payments are not. Policies and prices may change without notice. Attending a private school is a financial commitment, and we appreciate your desire to continue your children’s education with us. The following information outlines our financial policies.

Your monthly payment is due on the first of each month regardless of your child’s attendance or school holidays. If we do not receive your payment by the first of each month payable, we will add an additional 5% finance charge to your account. If you do not pay in full by the 15th, we will consider your child withdrawn.
You must pay tuition to maintain your enrollment. You can make payments by check or money order at the campus or online using the payment link on your invoice. Covenant Community Schools requires a one-month notice if you plan to withdraw.

Payment Plans:
- Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA): Parents must confirm enrollment by June 1. * TEFA does not pay for Extended Day.
- Full Payment in Advance: The deadline for full annual payment is August 1. There is a 5% discount on tuition for this plan. There is no discount on registration or extended care fees.
- Ten-month Payment Plan: Ten equal payments beginning July 1 and due on the first of each month afterward through April 1. Payments are due regardless of attendance.
- Twelve-month Payment Plan: Twelve equal payments beginning June 1 and due on the first of each month afterward through May 1. Payments are due regardless of attendance.
Fees are nonrefundable. New families are asked to submit the Application Fee to complete the enrollment process. Once your enrollment is accepted, the Registration Fee is due in full. Students may begin attending classes once all required fees have been received. Continuing families may choose to use their TEFA funds toward Annual Fees.
Tuition is fully refundable before classes begin in August. After the school year starts, tuition refunds may be considered only in specific circumstances, such as a job-related relocation, job loss, death, or a serious illness or injury that prevents attendance. Withdrawals for other reasons may result in an outstanding balance, particularly for families using the ten‑month or twelve‑month payment plans.
Monthly payments are due on the first of each month. Payments received after the due date will include a 5% finance charge. If payment and any applicable finance charges are not received by the end of the month, the student may be withdrawn unless alternative arrangements have been approved by the Finance Committee. Payments may be made by check or money order on campus, or online using the payment link provided on your invoice.
